Start with the basic Model 9901 hydrostatic tester as shown with the following standard equipment:
Hydrostatic test pump.
Micro adjust precision regulator.
¾" swivel female hose inlet with strainer.
ANSI B40.1 Grade B air pressure gauge.
Automatic lubricator.
Air shutoff valve.
Stainless steel high pressure manifold.
1/4" NPT accessory port.
Bleed valve.
Factory set air pressure relief valve.
7/16-20 straight thread o-ring boss outlet port
(MS33649-04) with -4 male adapter fitting .
1% ANSI B40.1 Grade 1A stainless steel high
pressure gauge with peak read feature.
Stainless steel base plate with rubber feet.
Then customize your hydrostatic test equipment by selecting the options below that most suit
your needs:
Testers can be ordered with the high pressure manifold that
includes a return loop connection in order to bleed out the
system. This configuration is typically used for testing hose
assemblies. Where the air bleed is accomplished at the item under
test, a non loop manifold is usually desired. This is the most
common configuration and is pictured
above. Please specify the type
required.
Unless otherwise specified, crack pressure will be factory set at maximum of
pressure range selected. Additional springs available to cover complete range of tester.
If required, please specify below. Please note relief
valves not available for pressures above 10,000 psi.
Analog gauges are more accurate in the middle half of scale.
Digital gauges are more accurate at the lower and upper end of scale.
If burst testing is anticipated, testing is to be performed at both the
lower and upper ends of scale or if higher accuracies are required, a
digital gauge is recommended. If testing is to be performed in the
upper two thirds of scale, and 1% full scale accuracy is acceptable,
then the analog gauge is should suffice. Both digital gauges come
standard with peak read feature and selectable units of measure (psi,
inHg, cmHg, mmHg, kPa,
mPa, Bar, kg/cm2, ftH2O).
Standard high pressure manifold combines bleed valve, high
pressure gauge port, high pressure output port and relief valve/accessory port into one
manifold. High pressure stainless isolation valve
is standard on all units. For chamber units only, in addition to
the main manifold, optional multi-port manifolds can also be
ordered mounted to the chamber. If a multi-port manifold is are required, please specify total
number of pressure ports required for the manifold . Does not apply to loop systems.
Test chambers are available to protect personnel
during proof or burst testing. Chambers are
manufactured in lab quality
polished stainless steel with a clear Lexan door for visibility during testing. Port(s)
are provided inside the enclosure, while all controls remain outside the
enclosure for operator safety.
Please select from standard units or specify a different size or configuration based on
your particular requirements.
