Power Supply, Hydraulic
P/N 9305, NSN 1730-01-342-2184
The Hydraulic Power Supply,
Part Number 9305, is a skid mounted, diesel engine driven, dual circuit system, that
provides a portable source of hydraulic energy. The unit was specifically designed
for the U.S. Army as a source of hydraulic power to operate hydraulic tools designed by
the Stanley Tools Company. The unit provides two independent circuits of 8 GPM
hydraulic fluid at 2000 psi through quick disconnect outlet fittings. Either circuit
may be unloaded independently of the other when not required. The unit permits both
circuits to be combined to provide 16 GPM of hydraulic fluid at 2000 psi in one circuit by
means of panel mounted valves. The Hydraulic Power Supply is completely self
contained and has its own hydraulic oil and diesel fuel reservoirs, engine and hydraulic
oil radiators as well as all necessary hydraulic components and regulators. Two
versions are available, one with the controls mounted on top of the unit for operation at
ground level, the other with the controls on the side of the unit (shown) for operation
while mounted to a portable tool crib trailer. The latter is purchased by the U.S.
Army.
